What Products Can I Use for Hair Growth?

This is a question I get many times a day. It is important for you to understand that products do aid in hair growth and hair growth retention HOWEVER it is not the only thing that helps.

You have to understand the difference between “growing your hair” and “retaining your hair growth”

Growing your hair: Your hair grows as long as you are alive.
Retaining Your hair growth: Finding a way to maintain the growth you get; reducing breakage.

Understand that your hair grows through hair cycles where each strand of your hair has a shedding period/end of its life..it falls out and another grows out. Search Google for “Hair Cycle”.

On average, hair grows roughly half an inch each month, adding up to about six inches per year. Of course, a number of factors can affect hair growth, like age (we tend to shed hair as we get older), overall health (like vitamin deficiencies), and factors such as stress and daily habits (like smoking).

If you have health issues or going through life changes like childbirth, menopause, you can experience hair loss or stunted hair growth. Please speak to your doctor.

Creating a hair routine and documenting any changes will help you pinpoint what could be happening.

Here are some suggestions experts provided for products that can hair in hair growth :

2. Using a protein treatment at least once a month to strengthen your hair and reduce breakage.

10. Reduce stress… stress affects the body in more ways than one, and it can even be the cause of hair loss for some
