How to fix Dry Hair

- Reduce the use of heat

- Stop dying your hair until you have improved your moisture level

- Wear Protective Styles, when hair is worn out constantly, it can make it dry if not moisturized well.

- Protect Your Hair at night 

- Reduce the use of sulfate shampoo. If you have to, use a moisturizing deep conditioner afterwards 

- Deep condition with a moisturizing deep conditioner

- Do not overuse products with protein

Remember how I have mentioned in a previous post that  I hate how Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioner sits on my hair.  Well, I found a way to modify the product so that it will penetrate into my hair strands.... and I am LOVING it!!  Before I go one, if you do not use silicones (cones), please be adviced that this product contains silicones.  I actually bought this product before I knew about silicones and how it can cause build up on the hair shaft.
