When it comes to hair growth, I would love you to focus more on hair growth retention. This is the process of retaining the hair you are growing. Hair grows as long as you are alive. Your hair growth can be slow due to health issues, aging, hormonal changes etc. your hair could also be in a plateau. Watch this video below

I would love you to try something new.
1. Create a hair routine that you know you will be consistent with.
2. Use the same products, making sure you are not trying different products and methods that will not allow you to  see what is causing your issues.
3. Try doing styles where you are not constantly in your hair; touching it and manipulating it. That is one of the best ways to retain hair growth.
4. Also look at your diet and make sure you are eating healthy foods

Here is a simple routine:
Every 2 weeks, wash your hair and scalp thoroughly with shampoo. Follow up with a  deep conditioner. Keep in for 30 mins, cover with a plastic cap. Use a leave in conditioner and massage scalp with a growth oil of choice. Use a moisturizer and put hair in a simple style.
During the week, every day or other day depending on if hair is dry, moisturize it by spray water, and apply a moisturizing cream. At night, either use a bonnet or silk pillowcase.
The next wash day, add a protein treatment to strengthen your hair.

Also, if you have health issues and take medicine, some of these medications could cause hair loss or slow hair growth.
