How to Make Your Hair Thick




If your hair has been thick in the past, it is important to find out what is causing it to thin out. It could be aging, medication, illness, bad manipulation of hair or bad hairstyles or even stress. It could also be hormonal.Knowing the root of the problem will help solution be easier.

If the issue stems from hairstyle choices, that is an easy fix. STOP DOING THOSE STYLES. If it is medication, please see your doctor. 

Some remedies you can use to help aid in thickening hair that has helped me are as follows:

1. Not doing styles can thin out the hair and cause damage

2. Use your fingers instead of combs.

3. If you have to use combs, make sure to moisturize hair first and never comb on dry hair.

4. Use oils like Ayurvedic oils and spray such as Uhuru Naturals Rapid Biotin 



or Jamaican black castor oil
