1. Preparing: Detangle your hair before washing to minimize knots and tangles. Using a Detangling conditioner  works perfectly.

2. Wetting: Thoroughly wet your hair with warm water.

3. Shampooing: Use a sulfate-free and moisturizing shampoo to cleanse your scalp and hair. Focus on the scalp, gently massaging with your fingertips. Avoid rubbing vigorously to prevent tangling.

4. Conditioning: Apply a hydrating conditioner to the length of your hair, focusing on the ends. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner evenly and detangle further.

5. Deep Conditioning: For added moisture, consider using a deep conditioner once a week, especially if your hair is dry or damaged.

6. Rinse: Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticles and retain moisture.

7. Drying: Pat your hair gently with a microfiber towel or an old t-shirt to remove excess water. Avoid rubbing with a regular towel, as it can cause frizz and breakage.

8. Styling: Allow your hair to air dry or use a diffuser on a low heat setting to reduce heat damage.

9. Moisturizing: Apply a leave-in conditioner or natural oil to keep your hair moisturized and manageable.

10. Protective Styles: Consider wearing protective styles like braids or twists to minimize manipulation and protect your hair.

Remember to listen to your hair's needs and adjust your routine accordingly. Everyone's natural hair is different, so finding what works best for you may take some experimentation.
