    Did you say 3 n 8 yes old?? My, my you really do look good trust me. Well I'm still struggling to keep weight off so i can't say anything Abt maintenance. My stomach area is the most biggest part of my body, and I'm still trying to figure out what will work for me as per size reduction cos just like you, the sit ups, crunches etc does not do the job. But keep up the good work though.

      Thank you. *LOL! One other thing that helps is reduction in carbs and starchy food. Nigerian food is loaded with this, so I try to reduce my portion sizes even if I have to eat it. I put more of the vegetables than the starchy and so on.
