Let it steep for at least 5 mins. Make oil mix separately: 2 ounces of sweet almond oil 1 ounce of Jamaican black castor oil 0.5 ounces of jojoba oil 0.5 ounce of vitamin E oil 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil 10 drops of rosemary oil.
