I started using Batana oil on my scalp May 31st 2024. You can also find it here http://hotana.com/discoveringnatural March 2024 Here is my 3 weeks result. How I use it, I use it every 2 days and apply to my scalp and edges. I do not rinse it out. On wash day , every 2 weeks, I apply it on my scalp and hair, cover for 30 mins and then shampoo and deep condition my hair. Lack of Moisture: Dry, dehydrated hair can become brittle and prone to breakage, leading to thin ends. 4. Poor Hair Care: Neglecting regular hair trimming, using harsh hair products, and not following a proper hair care routine can contribute to thin ends. 5. Environmental Factors: Exposure to sun, wind, and pollution can damage hair, making the ends thinner over time. 6. Genetics: Some people naturally have finer, thinner hair, and this can be more noticeable at the ends. 7. Hormonal Changes: Hormonal imbalances can affect the health of your hair and may lead to thin...

How to prevent CPAP hair damage Cover your hair: Wear a satin bonnet, scarf, or silk-lined cap under your CPAP mask Wrap the straps: Use satin or fleece CPAP strap covers M...
