I started using Batana oil on my scalp May 31st 2024. You can also find it here http://hotana.com/discoveringnatural March 2024 Here is my 3 weeks result. How I use it, I use it every 2 days and apply to my scalp and edges. I do not rinse it out. On wash day , every 2 weeks, I apply it on my scalp and hair, cover for 30 mins and then shampoo and deep condition my hair. Upon researching online, here is what I found out about this diagnosis. Let me know if you have this similar issue If you have a Short Anagen Hair Growth Phase, your hair doesn’t stay in the growth phase long enough to grow very long before shedding. Here’s what you can do: 1. Consult a Dermatologist or Trichologist • First step is to confirm the condition and rule out underlying issues like hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, or nutritional deficiencies. 2. Topical Treatments • Minoxidil (Rogaine): FDA-approved for hair growth, can help extend the anagen phase. • Caffeine-based products: Some evidence suggests they may stimulate follicles. 3. Oral Supplements • Biotin, Vitamin D, Iron, Zinc, and Omega-3s may help support hair health if you’re deficient. • Nutrafol or Viviscal are popular hair growth suppl...
