Transistioning to Natural PLAN



  • I plan on doing a long term transition. No BIG CHOP. hmmmmm.... let's see.

  •  I know I do not want to do braids with extensions. I hate them and my hair breaks when I do get them done which is like 6 times in my entire life.

  • I will do twist, cornrows braids with my own hair, braid outs, rod sets, and occasional ponytails.

  •  I don't mind wearing hats. Actually love them. I do wear wig caps under my hats and berets when I wear them.

  • I love hair accessories, so I will definitely be rocking those.

  • I will get trim every 2 months or even earlier.. but not more than once a month.

Update: The Pineapple Method

As you all remember, I tried out the pineapple method yesterday during my night routine, well, here is my results. Drumroll...... It did not turn out well.  My curls were FLAT . Maybe the bonnet I put on top of my hair was what caused the curls to become flat!  It was so bad that I did not even take pictures.  If at first you don't succeed, try, try and try again I will definitely be trying this again. And I promise to take pictures even if I fail yet again!
