In this video, I share with you different types of edible mayonnaise. You can also make your own mayonnaise by mixing egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon salt for about 30 seconds. Then add 1/4 cup oil to yolk mixture, a few drops at a time, about 4 minutes.
