How to Make Nigerian Beans and Corn | Ewa Riro | Stewed Beans


In today's video, I share with you one of our favorite Nigerian food, Nigerian Honey Beans, Ewa Riro and Corn.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Nigerian Beans | Honey Beans  or Black Eyed Peas
Enough water to cover the beans
I medium size onion
1 teaspoon of Maggi
1 teaspoon of salt or salt to taste
1 tablespoon of Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon of dried cray fish (optional)
A can of sweet corn
1/2 cup of palm oil
